Ok, now that I slept, I can write my full review
I got there at around 3am, I wanted to get the last part of my friend's set before Hernan. He was good, although I would have preferred a deeper opening set.
Hernan got there at 3:20ish, I talked to him for a bit, said how excited I was too see him after so long, and wished him luck. I also asked him what is the difference between the south american crowd, and people in Europe or North America, and he said: "Its in the blood". I can't wait to experience a party down there.
He started off at 3:30, with this amazing vocal track, I think Alicia knows the name. Then he played 2 or 3 more tracks and then he dropped Let The Music Play feat. UTRB - Don't Weigh Me Down (Guy J Remix), and I was officially into this whole new galaxy.
He build his set up incredibly, some amazing melodies, and huuuuge drops.
The last 2.5 hours were my favorite part of the night. The tracks he played were insane, I felt like in a jungle, so good.
The dance floor was filled with a lot of people from Latin America, I bumped into people from Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Spain, and they were all there for Hernan. I now understand why they call him the south american Ambassador.
I'm not very good with tracklists, but will try to upload some of the videos I took and maybe someone can help me out.
Thank you Hernan, you are such a gentleman, it is always nice to see you play. Hopefully you'll be back sooner rather than later.
