This pairing works so well, not just because it slips off the tongue! They both share the same style, essentially melodic and uplifting – each implementing their own splashes of brilliance. Whilst Hernan Cattaneo builds a slow, sensual crescendo, Danny Howell’s eclectic formula incorporates everything but the kitchen sink. Progressive, techno and acid house tit-bits, whilst still maintaining that dark underground sound. A rare talent, which caused a riotous atmosphere last November - marking the UK debut of this talented twosome.

Apologies for the delayed posting ... first of all it was such a pleasure to meet Didi at MOS that night! I saw her and smiled at her earlier in the night even though I didn't know it was Didi. When Hernán introduced us later on after his set, it was such a delight to formally meet her! It was very nice chatting with you Di.

In terms of how it was that night at Ministry of Sound in London ...The Box is all about dancing and danced we did for 4 hours to Hernán's and Danny's superb alternating sets. Hernán dropped sick tracks including Piano track I heard via his Resident radio show and many other excellent tracks I've never heard before. Hernán never ceases to amaze me with his track selection for his live sets. From start to finish, it was a flawless journey. Can't wait to see him again in about two weeks in Los Angeles!

I'm late too But I do have a really good excuse. Doing touristy things in the UK , finally got home on Sunday night to a house with no electricity !! Been getting it back on and catching up on domestics , I more load of washing to go

Totally agree on The Box, definitely a dancer's room !! Lot and lots of big smiles all around. Even a few hi fives When I was in the Uk in 2003 I loved the crowds and fortunately they don't seem to have changed. Really all about the music!! I hate to say it but I am looking critically at our crowds here. We used to have this amazing night in Melbourne. called Sunny , which a lot of you may have heard the music from, and The Box crowd reminded me of that. They were wonderful !! Totally unpretentious, there for the music people. I just love it !! I want Sunny back !! On at least two occasions they were part of the promoter team for Hernan . The two best nights actually

Just remembered something really nice. There was one particular really sweet girl there that was sharing the music with me , we were dancing and smiling a lot. Near the end of the night I asked her what time it was , and found out she didn't speak English Who needs language when you have music !!

I agree with Didi, the crowd was really into the music and when it was Hernan's turn, a lots of fans were coming closer to the Dj Both, some of them screaming, doing signals, showing their passion. The night really remembered my good times of clubbing back in Brazil. The Box, the name says for itself, a room fully load of speakers and a DJ Both. There's nothing to do besides dance. I also noticed that a good part of the crowd were foreign who live in London, which is pretty cool. When HC is playing in the US, that happens too. I could hear some different languages, Eastern Europe maybe? Not sure...It was my first clubbing experience over there, and it was great.

The Music was impeccable. First time seen HC and DH together and could see that they aren't only good friends but they get a long to play easily. Playing in Alternative turns, they dropped sick tracks as usual. Had seen Danny Howells in Los Angeles last August in a 4 hours set in Los Angeles, I noticed he did the same way from the middle to the end. HC dropped some sick tracks that made emotionally affected many times (as he usually does). He played Meridian, one of my favorite tunes of this year at the end.

Nice to meet you DIDI, I wish we knew it was you earlier, we could have talked more

It's as I always say, Hernan's music brings such diverse people together. !! It happens here as well, and we have a quite healthy Argentine population here in Melbourne too.

I would definitely recommend clubbing in London from what little experience I have had. !! Coming from Australia in 2003 I was amazed that two of my favourite djs from the time were playing within walking distance of where I was staying, and in the first two weeks.!! [Satoshi Tomiie and Steve Lawler].

Nice to meet you too!! Although you have to stop me dancing to talk to me I don't like to miss a minute
